Craig Staub is the CEO of Tandem Test Solutions, where he leads the company’s strategy, operations, and customer and vendor relationships. He founded Tandem with a focus on combining technical expertise with a highly personalized approach to supporting customers in the test and measurement industry.
Prior to founding Tandem, Craig held leadership roles across the semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE), test & measurement (T&M) equipment, and equipment rental and leasing industries. He began his career as an applications engineer at Teradyne and later held product management, account management, sales, and general management roles at both large OEMs and specialized third-party service providers. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Somerset T&M Solutions division of Somerset Capital Group.
Craig holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, daughter, and two pets, and enjoys cooking and hiking in his spare time.
As National Sales & Support Manager, Glen Smith is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and overseeing Tandem’s national product and service offerings. He works closely with customers to understand their technical and business challenges and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
Glen brings more than 30 years of experience in the test & measurement (T&M) rental and leasing industry. His career has included roles spanning operations and administrative supervision, applications engineering, and national account management. Through decades of industry experience and long-standing relationships with key OEM partners, Glen helps ensure Tandem’s customers receive responsive, knowledgeable support and access to the right solutions for their needs.
He lives in Southern Virginia and enjoys gardening, history, and reading in his spare time.
As Director of Operations, Heidi Hensel oversees Tandem Test Solutions’ day-to-day operational activities, including equipment ordering, calibration, repair, and maintenance. She also manages warehousing, customer billing, and the coordination of operational processes that keep equipment moving efficiently between Tandem and its customers.
Heidi plays a key role in ensuring that Tandem delivers the reliable service and responsive support that customers depend on. Her focus on organization, communication, and process helps maintain the high level of operational excellence that defines Tandem’s customer experience.
Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, also from ASU.
She lives in Mesa, Arizona, and has four “almost grown” children and a spoiled goldendoodle named Harvey. In her spare time, she enjoys fine wine, good books, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
