Tandem Test Solutions Announces Asset Purchase of Somerset ATE Solutions Division, Establishing Independent Company Focused on Test & Measurement Services
Tempe, AZ — February 4, 2026 — Tandem Test Solutions today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of substantially all assets of the Somerset T&M Solutions and Somerset ATE Solutions divisions (“ATE”), formerly part of Somerset Capital Group. The newly formed company will operate independently under the Tandem Test Solutions name, continuing to serve customers across the telecommunications and semiconductor industries.
The transaction represents a management-led buyout, with the existing ATE leadership team transitioning to Tandem Test Solutions. The company will maintain continuity across its operations, including personnel, inventory, and its headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
